Welcome to the forum !
The dagger is Haco including the fittings. The grip appears to have lost its laquer and right down to the wood stain as it is almost bare. Other than that..appears to be in good condition.

If its a true Haco ..you will be surprised what you will find out once you read through the link I posted about other Haco SA daggers
