RZM SA Dagger, your opinion on it, please

Dear forum members.

As I explained in another thread, I am more a soviet WW2 collector and I have very few German items.

A friend of mine has inherited some German daggers and Mutze and gave it to me.

Among this collection, there is this SA Dagger, I have such a dagger in my collection done by Aesculap, I would really appreciate to have your opinion on this RZM dagger :

A nice later period dagger..
All original. Nice bonus with a good hanger on it.
Normally we should see a aluminium eagle on the handle..on a later piece. Yours appear brownish but looks original to the dagger.

Thanks for the prompt reply, yes the eagle is clearly brownish.
I have attached below some pictures of this eagle close to the aluminium on my Aesculap Dagger.
What do you think could be the value of such SA Dagger ?

Its a copper made eagle, it was silver coated at the factory but has worn off , hope this helps mate

Nice dagger. Last pic you put it into the sheath backwards. Avoid excessive runner marks remember to install it correctly into the sheath next time

The ring on the sheath should be on the right when showing the front of the dagger as shown in your first pic. The blade looks very nice, you might put marks in it if not installed correct.
