Hi Jamoros..I dug into this a bit more..with some cross-referencing..and I dont see anything that supports dated mid to late SA daggers. Yet that sole 39 number does appear on HJ ricassos only.
SS daggers also bear the 39 number ..but that in itself is a separate dagger topic.

Thats all there is to offer..and hard to say if its authentic or not..or someone who saw the number on an HJ ..decided to create something that never was?? Not sure.
