Default SA dagger M7/19 Ed Wusthof with Aluminium guards

This Ed Wusthof is a later production, made in 1938, it has the aluminium guards that Wusthof used on occasion in 1938.
1938 is the year that a handfull makers used this Alu guards.
Dagger has a super tight fit guard to throat, and the grip also shows only a bit of shrinking.
Ed Wusthof used the E.W. marked guards on this one, as it should.
The grip is a lovely one with a deep colour.
Lovely fact is its no need to upgrade them, they will not rust, no chrome platelifting, so in a condition like this a RZM Sa dagger is very collectable.
Enjoy this lovely dagger with an almost mint blade, full crossgrain from tip to guard there is a tiny spot near the tip for the purists
    Regards,
    Ger

Great RZM Ger. Has some very interesting flavor to it with these Alu guards and I like the different way that Ed Wusthof configured their RZM etch! Super condition too..Congrats! Kevin.

Beautiful dagger Ger and would compliment an Early Wustoff SA. The grip contours look like a brand new piece of furniture. . Regards Larry

It clicks all the right boxes, for sure. I agree-the color of the grip is excellent. A fine example of an RZM Wusthof SA from a firm that is still in operation today. A Nice find!
