    Indeed a real sa dagger..
Lovely fittings to the cross guards..
    Early Max Weyersberg logo..
And the no on the lower cross guard are correct.
This maker used no and p on their pieces.
Only made 5000 of these, so a not so often seen with this logo producer.

Looks correct in all aspects imo...
    A nice dagger overall.
And a bonus with the hanger on it!

We do not give value on the items.. but look around at dealer sites to give you some direction towards what ca. Price range these are in..

    Hope that helps..
    Best regards,

Looks like the real deal to me ..... use some of your hard earned cash and get some better lighting in your room, it makes the pictures a lot clearer!

Well if you compare the prices of the few well known like Wittmann, LST or Johnson then compare and take at least 30% off, then a collectot to collector price will be.
As you ask what a price you should pay ( you intend to buy) i dont have any problems in giving you its value based on buying and selling dozens of them.
This one would do 675 euro in Europe when i would sell it
The blade has a large waterstain spot due to water at the place where the blade is held by the internal scabbard runners.
Oil vapourished and whats left is water.

Other then that is see no issues...

Because of the stain this is a dagger with limited value

I would leave well enough alone on the dagger. "Cleaning" can be a dangerous word.

Water stains are not reversable, they corroded the surface, they will always be visible, unfortunate it is what it is., thats why it will always be a lower value dagger.
