SA Dienstdolch group markings

Hello, I would appreciate any information regarding the markings on a very late SA dagger given to me by a Vet. The overall condition is poor; however; the stamped marking on the lower cross guard peeked my interest. SA STD. 70. I want to include photos but I have not figured out how to at this time. I would say this referes to "SA Standarte 70" (SA Regt 70).
