Hi Zeph Interesting to say the least..and I like it ..but what is it..is the question also. A few things come to mind.it is possible it may be Imperial...but also this could be a complete put together. The leather belt itself may have come from an SA hanger..or this might of been a private purchase homemade put together for an SA dagger. so many variables..it could be..yet none of them are hitting the mark. The swivel snap clip looks to be Naval.

Looking at the upper part of the leather the belt hole is also widened..the leather is worn on both sides..yet the fittings seem to be pristine. Not sue what to make of it..but it does look cool Regards Larry

The leather part of the hanger might be originally for an SA dagger but it looks like someone added some Heer dagger hanger hardware to it. What it is now, I don't know but suspect it's made up of parts, possibly by someone with too much time in their hands.
