Re: SA Standard 1933?
That's in beautiful shape Buzzard ! No chips or cracks in the
grip and smooth unblemished metal fittings. Paul Weyersberg is a decent maker too.
If the scabbard is black it is an NSKK knife, brown is the SA type.
Someone will be along and advise you of todays going rate......
( I've seen prices from $500. to $1500. in the last 10 years, but condition is very important ! )
Regards, Steve.

Re: SA Standard 1933?
Hi, and welcome to the forum!
It is a very nice early original dagger.
The SA Gruppe marking on the reverse of the crossguard looks like "Ns", which would be for SA Gruppe Niedersachsen
Hi Auda, the scabbard is brown for me and is the correct so called anodised finish.
Cheers, Ade.

Sorry that is my poor photography skills. The scabbard is brown, same kind of colour as the wood on the handle.
Thanks for all the positive feedback guys. This is really a great chance for me to find out what this knife was and pass it all along to my dad. It has just sat in the closet for as long as I can remember, nobody knowing what it was. I really appreciate you guys having a forum set up like this. It took me one night and I was able to find more info than my dad in 20years... LOL.
