    On Wednesday July 7th. A metal detectorist from Shepton Mallet was searching in the scrub land to the rear of Cogden beach, Dorset when he found the metal A.W. bomb label and the wooden box containing its full complement of AW bombs. See pictures below. John.

    Hello-In 1977 Ian Hogg wrote of the No.76 grenade, hand or projector 'even after over 30 years of burial they are still highly dangerous devices'-I don't imagine they're any better now-lucky fossicker not to get to 'love the smell of napalm in the morning'!
