I notice it has jungle dpm as the edge trim on the peak. Said to be common on Falklands para used cold weather caps, nice to see.
I also have another DPM cr#p hat/field cap. An unissued example this time. I really like the super dotty 68 DPM these are made of and the contract number is for between 1971 to 1978.
A very fine example. What is the marking for?
Peaked Cap, DPM 68 pattern, also known as the cr#p or c#nt hat.

My own pics of the Canadian para smock, though I have still not taken any of the Belgian m90 jig saw tunic.
I got this Belgian M90 jigsaw camo recently, very comfortable to wear and my new jacket of choice and the camo pattern goes quite well with the autumn colours. The sellers pic as I have not taken...
Thanks, I am very pleased with the para smock. The Belgian trousers were cheap in comparison compared to those you saw, about a third of the price you mention.
Flecktarn jacket and trousers.
Here it is. Interestingly the wings are attached with the traces of thread under the shoulder straps which show it had 3 rank insignia's sewn to it, so either Captain or Colonel or General though...
Thats the one mate and indeed the POW likes his last version smocks. It arrived today so I'll take som pics of it and add them. It has a pair of para wings on it, which were just about visible in...
My Belgian brush stroke smock arrived today, a well worn example with a number of repairs and replaced snap poppers, but it still has its tail in place. ABL marked for Belgian Airborne/airforce,...
