These are NOT gasmask with mikro anschlusse, but they have a side attachment for the filter..... i don’t know if these are war time...

Wow another m38 mask with Mikro-Anschluss , that’s the 2nd one i see.... (i also have one in my collection)

I do have a few Microphones for the Gasmasks, but they are very expensive !!
