i discussed this one with the HJ moderator of GDC, who has the complete set of early Wingens, he said the hilt is not the same as the early ones, and therefore probably is an altered WW1...

Max i would leave it as it is, it has changed during that campfire but is an Original early pattern A.Wingen which is very hard to find .
