The eagle's head is not clearly enough visable in these photos but, from what I can see, I do not like it, the, (as Ned has stated), headlights rims should not be there, the tracks...

My first thoughts were F&R but, I'll talk about the reverse first. The hinge is too wide, there is no catch plate, the top of the cupola is too pointy, I do not remember ever seeing a pressure foot...

From the shape of the pin foot, reverse view of the eagle's head and the pointiness of the turret, I'm inclined to believe this one is a copy.
