My apologies. I misunderstood, should of read the description better. I thought the eagle was the flag center. I'm glad it's good news though! There's only way way to photograph the large flags IMO,...

A peculiar flag. Given it's size it s obviously meant to be displayed on a large structure. I would suggest KM but it looks nothing like a KM, or any other organizational symbol that comes to mind....
