Looks like a Relic Helmet that has been repainted. The third picture shows what looks to be rust pitting that has been painted over.
I would Pass on it unless it was REALLY cheap.

Breakthrough isn't as good as COI but there are alot of german helmets shown with camo covers.
And even some night scenes where Steiner is wearing a camo smock.

He did two tours in Vietnam.
First tour with the 25th Infantry division
Second tour with the 82nd Airborne.
I believe his time incountry was between 1967-1969.
He was wounded in a firefight...
