The solder on the pins has that dull silver/grey look .... which points to the old style of solder used ..... which is NOT used anymore because of it's contents .....
Hence, ...... old "dull" solder...

No ... the wing is not fake ... it is a contemporary piece that was never issued ....
The only other thing I can say, is that the spinner nut is not the original to the badge...
