I'm about 100 positive it's a mag for a 9mm Largo Spanish Labora SMG. Square hole in the rear is a 100% match for a Labora mag catch, and the overinsertion stop is in the proper location. They are found with, and without witness holes in the side.
Definitely not MP38/40, or 9mm M3 (they used standard Sten mags)
