Nearly all sellers who claim to not know if an item is wrong are lying. No returns are not enforcable by the seller, if he sells you fakes and your not happy, get your money back, the onus is on the seller to only sell fakes/copies if that is clearly stated in the description and even then you risk a return though you can argue that it was sold as such.
