Waffen SS tunic, real or fake

I came across this tunic for sale, I am not an expert and would love a second opinion on if it looks real or not. Thanks!

This isn't even a place for me to tread, but I'd say re-enactors rubbish... tho I could be wrong.








PS I just have it in for re-enactors right now. Twice in two years I bought items that are genuine but have been completely goofed up, repaired (not mentioned), or otherwise partially ruined, only to find out the seller was a re-enactor. Just one more question to ask I guess...

The fact that the original SS collar tab was glued on at one time is a Great Big Red Flag.

Don't usually comment on SS stuff as not a SS man that looks like typical late 70 early 80 stuff coming out of various places I won't mention spent a lot of money on it myself by these slick vendors some even had a few sprinklings of original insignia on them can't tell you about insignia on that one as this stuff is difficult anymore at best good display or renactor tunic for some one not made of money. timothy
