The Heer Officer is a WW1 veteran and wears the Ottoman Turkish decoration known as the Iron Half Moon or "Galipoli Star". On the back of the card he writes to Bulgarian War Comrades for a good time over Christmas 1937.
The other photo shows soldiers with hospital staff.

Allow me a small correction, Ade. The dedication says: "To his Bulgarian war comrade as a memory of the momentous times 20 years ago" followed by an address and "Christmas 1937".
The phrase "Große Zeit" does not translate very well. It literally means "great time" or "big time" but doesn't have anything to do with "good times"; it is used to refer to important times marked by events of historical significance (in this case, WW I, obviously).
The signature looks like "Friedrich Fischer" to me.
thank you very much! everything is originally the first picture with the officer since 1937
