Hello all, I just got this named US Musette Bag a few days ago. The condition of the bag is rough but I like the fact that its named so nicely. I briefly looked up the soldier and found this (View Record: Ralph A. Zwicker - 35464340 | WWII US Army Enlistment Records) but have yet to do any further research as of right now and am not even 100% if the link provided is to the right soldier or not. I also am unsure of what the numbers, 0-861744, signify as it does not register as an ASN unless I'm mistaken. Anyone have an idea of what this number is?

Also, I'm a little confused as to the writing "Troop Ted 634 Zwicker" on the bag. I'm not quite sure what that means but really hope I can find out more about this piece as it has a lot of information on it

I was a boy scout and could not afford real camping equipment so all of my gear
was Army surplus. Back in the 60's and early 70's you could find buy this stuff
    really cheap.
