WWII German HQ Cardboard Eagle souvenir signed by 14th Tank Battalion
Hello, Looking for help on this Cardboard Eagle. I have never seen one like it, of course it resembles a railroad eagle but is cardboard made. measures approx 21x12.5. Could be my eyes, the shape of the eagles body looks bigger and bulkier then a railroad eagle, however I really have nothing to go off of. Signed on the reverse side by members of Co. C 14th Bank Battalion. Thoughts on this piece?

Looks to be a genuine veteran souvenir, based on the writing on the back. Clearly cardboard is not a permanent material, so we could surmise Third Reich insignia like this were used for temporary displays, perhaps used in decorating a venue used for a meeting.
