Need help understanding german supply system

I am studing the German Army supply system for Army Group South, in particular the XXIX Corps and the 95 Division.

I read a reference source that gave a wealth of general information and included a statment that an Infantry Division consumed 75 ton of food, 50 tons of fuel and 75 tons of ammunition a day.

The 195 Supply Service Fahrkolonne only had 6-30 ton and 3- 20 ton columns and the 195 Light Motor Transport Battalion - 7 columns for motor fuel (25 cm) each. How could those supply columns keep up with the demand day after day?

I have not been able to find information on XXIX Corps dumps or railheads. Any information will be appreciated
