Total fantasy.
Someone went through a bunch of SS images and clipart to come up with this piece of junk.
They even had the audacity to take the image off Roger Bender and Hugh Page Taylor's Book cover..

Look at the four holes drilled in the corners, not a spot of rust. Might be 1970's probably no earlier.
