Adolf Hitler with flames? 12" Strange Plaque

Hi everyone,
Here I have a large Adolf Hitler plaque from my stepdad's collection.
It's pretty heavy and around 12" diameter. I don't think I can see any markings on it.
It's a bit strange.. the text and swas and the flame bits, all seem to have weird placements.
A quick Google lens search didn't bring up any the same design that I could see.
Any further info appreciated.

Ahh yeah that's very close. Says it's steel with bronze effect. I'm not sure what our one is, it's pretty heavy, maybe cast iron(?).
The main difference being that the linked one at least has a maker name, whereas stepdad's one doesn't, that I can see.
