Help! Is this fallschirmjäger knife real?

Hello all! I am not an expert with 3rd Reich knives/daggers and I had trouble with fake ones previously, I found this one in a militaria store in Spain and it would be very helpful if someone could help me validate if it seems real! Unfortunately, these were the only pictures I could take! thank you for your attention!

Is there a number on the spike? and a Waffenamt Stickbird?
Is release lever block and lever numbered?

These knives are a true minefield as for example SMf produced these up till the mid 60s
