Unit assignments. Note the last three assignments - Feldgendarmerie Trupp 1111, Feldgendarmerie Trupp 941 and Feldgendarmerie Trupp "Kreta".

The significant one is Fg Trupp 1111. This is the Feldgendarmerie unit of 11 Luftwaffe Feld Division.

He only received one award, but fortunately the award doc for it came with the book.

And the icing on the cake was the inclusion of the two surviving pages from his WEhrpass to confirm the dates of his service with these units, and the areas in which he served.
