It shows the family line going back to the Grandparents (the Grandparents being at the top and then parents under them etc) with regards to whether any family member could be labelled as Jewish or Aryan, or one of the various degrees of Jewish categories. These are very common and not really worth anything although they are interesting none the less.
You can see from the front that the categories of Mischling Grade 2, 1 and Jew have been crossed out meaning that the family were able to prove that they had 'German Blood'.
