I strongly suspect this is a fantasy design.

I would think that the second one confirms that they are fantasy items - same name, same Ausweis number, same number on the stamp (142d) etc but different photo. Even fakes made 40 years ago will of aged by now.

There's a rash of fake Ausweis examples on the market recently. However, most are just ridiculous over-the-top fakes with tons of stamps, SS lighting bolts, etc. designed to appeal to 13 year old boys or older men with the same propensity to be awed by cool stamps and graphics.
