Wehrpass activity extensions

Are extensions like the first part of the one shown below always typed up, or can they have this type of printed looking set of activity notes? This kind of seems like something from a printer, which they obviously wouldn't have back then. I appreciate any tips you can offer on how these were done.

That's quite normal. Here is a snippet of another example.

This print and even font type font is Commonly seen in a lot of regular period docs too. It was somewhat common for Officers to even type feldposts to eachother by typewriter. A Vet I talk to still uses a typewriter to this day, since he wont use a computer. lol
