They are from a wehrpass of an unteroffizier of I/Pz.Art.Rgt 102.
I translated all other pages but i need some help fore these 2.

"R.U.B." means "Reserve-Unteroffizierbewerber", i.e. "reserve NCO candidate".
As for the rest of the text...
Page 21:
"Funker, [...]* Kl. [= Klasse] 2, 3
Wehrmachtführerschein Kl. 2, 3
geeignet als Panzer-Nahbekämpfer"
...i.e.:
"radio operator, [...]* class 2, 3
armed forces driver's license class 2, 3
suitable for employment in close-quarters anti-tank defense"
*) The word in question looks like "Lenker" to me, which roughly translates as "controller". I don't know which would be the most accurate translation in this particular context.
Page 26:
"Verpflichtungsverhandlung am 4.4.1945 durchgeführt."
i.e.:
"Commitment procedure undertaken on 4 April 1945."
Page 22 are promotion dates:
"1.6.1940 Gefreiter
1.5.1941 Obergefreiter
1.4.44 R.U.B.
1.7.44 Unteroffizier"
