Not RKKA, but Red Army, post war economy. Metal buckles and so on, in the end of 50s replaces with proper leather and brass buckles.
Definately original period belt. What is the difference between RKKA and Red Army ? when the RKKA is translated as a Workers-Peasants Red Army
