    Default Fake or Not?

    Hello everybody,

I looked at some of the threads on fakes and I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for. Someone mentioned what I was thinking- an explanation of what to look for would be useful, but that was answered by someone saying you don't want the fakers to know how to improve their garbage- which I can understand. Anyway, I purchased this buckle and didn't have time to properly research it (impulse buy) so I'm looking for feedback on its authenticity.
    Thanks.

I agree with Gunny. I'm no expert on SS buckles but this is a V-chest fake. A easy one to spot when you start your buckle education.

As you probably understand, the eagles chest looks like a "V" and it should not do that. I think this kind of fakes also is called "diamond shaped chest"

And it looks like the prongs is very bad too.
