Grey 155/43 SS Buckle

Here is a very nice grey Assmann SS 155/43 RZM. According to JP's ultimate buckle list this is a type II and these come in shades of green, grey and silver.

Probably the flash since it looks more silver to me than grey. But since Kirby is an advanced collector I do not suspect any mistake.

Thanks for posting your buckle. I believe it is grey. I will have to take a photo in natural light but here it is in a case. Left side third row down. Below it are type l and II silver 155/40 buckles.

Here are pictures I took today from some remains of my collection. They are all 155/43's. On the top, classic 155/43 Type 1 silver painted. On the middle left, 155/43 Type 2 Green painted. Middle, 155/43 Type 2 Grey painted. Middle right, 155/43 Type 1 which was never painted on its front. The dark grey color is only the original primer but the classic silver was sprayed on its back. Bottom, classic 155/43 Type 2 silver plated instead of painted. We can all see the obvious difference in the dull grey painted.
