Officer Belt Possible SS

    Here's a belt I've had for around 12 years. What do reackon on the stamp?

    Hi Ren, good news and bad news.

    The belt itself is original, but post war issue. I have one the same. But the stamp is bogus.

    Do you mean that the belt is post war? just to clarify.

    How can one see the difference?
    I an speaking for the clasp.
    I have got quiet a lot of them (clasp's , no belt), that have been made in Antwerp by Indian Caps.
    Can't show any at the momment as I don't know where I have put them!!!
    Always looking for Belgian Congo stuff!

    Hi Guys, yes the belt and buckle are post war, but real.

    These often get passed off as wartime. They do look right: injection moulded buckle with a silvered wash finish.

    Here is mine. A bit later with cheaper rivitted on buckle.

    Ade, is this one shown made of the zinc like metal? mine SS is out of the question.
