SS belt buckle genuine?

An original nickle silver SS by Overhoff and without appearing detracting, the most common set of markings on display here. The buckle has of course been very heavily cleaned as can be seen by the remarkably reflective surface and the residual and minor pitting marks. No matter, an original O & C SS in nickle silver and this is what counts.
