I think you will get a resounding NO Belgrano. NO WAY would the SS have allowed such shoddy stamping to appear on ANY of their equipment.
Someone has crudely stamped a normal belt and a bogus, burnt buckle using equally crude stamps......

'R-Z-M' stamp on it, which runs off the edge.
