SS buckle "24"

I don't collect really collect buckles, but I've been offered this buckle "24", probably Overhoff. Could this be genuine or not?

The buckle could be original, do you have better pics of the markings? Prongs and catch have been replaced

IMO groundfound buckle which has been restored.

I thought Overhoff was 27......I don't like the prongs on this one for sure!! Unless it's a real steal - I would take a pass and get a nicer example that does not hold doubt as to wether it is original or not.

Rob, it is 24, I do believe the buckle is original but the prongs have been replaced as I think the catch has, Dimas may be right, could be ground dug and "renovated"
