I can't help me, but the swastika looks somehow restored. Also no detail to the wreath ... odd!

I think the swastika just has normal wear and hasn't been repaired.

Kirby, two things raising my doubts on this piece:

- The wreath is heavily ground off and the swastika matches not well. I would expect a similar flatened swas.

- Where are the details to the center on the reverse side? The center looks like filled up with a kind of seal.

But let's wait what some further images will bring to the light.

I should have looked closer at the back. The detail on the swastika is lacking.
