SS buckle for review please

Sorry guys for posting this but I give up! I have checked out the fake SS gallery and it could be the same as the first one listed (the unmarked Overhoff). But still struggle to be able to tell if this is good or bad. It doesn’t help that this is the first TR buckle of any kind I have ever held.
Anyway I may have a chance of this and was wondering if its original and a rough idea of price. It has the belt too but I never took a picture of that. I wish I had taken more.

And that is good news that it is original. All I have to do now is find out how high I should bid to.
Sorry Danmark I never really took much notice of that whether it was paint or not. I do notice it has the same kinda colour on the recessed parts on the front. Maybe someone has painted it at sometime.
