SS marked belt: SS 189/39 RZM - what do you think?

Hi all,
it seems a bit hard to find someone who can tell if this is a genuine SS belt.
I tried other forums, but have not received any good answers.
What is your opinion on this belt.
Salvaged from the old clothes collection bin here in Germany about 25 years ago.

The hook is strange. I have only seen this hook on DRK, HJ and Police buckles. But on the other hand actually this is the first SS belt I have ever seen. I did not care about SS until now, because the items always seemed much to expensive.

Sorry Christian, I have never studied leather belts or markings, your belt is original though and like you said with catch, probably Police, DRK
