hi , it appears ok if somewhat abused, am not very familiar with these buckles but a very good copy was produced in the UK which has been around since the early 90s which had 4 makings on the rear. they sometimes appear under the guise of dug up buckles, but the two examples of the ground dug fake that were pointed out to me were just the central disc minus the rear fitting . cheers ,,,paul

I do not like the crimping to the rear. It doesn't conform to examples I have, same date same maker
That is not to say I'm right, but I wouldn't feel comfortable with it

Have a look at this thread, this is what I look for to determine real from fake, a nice flat area with crisp edges, hard to see on your example
