SS RZM belt buckle original or fake?

These markings I have not never met a ss buckle and believe it is a fake but I want and opinion some more experienced collectors.

My SS buckle is stamped with an SS on the back. It is made of .825 silver[ officers] my other SS items are plain, and some marked. Here is a name of a man who has written many books and has one hell of a collection. Bernd Stephan. I don't have his phone or e-mail on hand, you can google him.
