STeek unmarked Overhoff?

I see this set listed for sale; front not sharp but rear pics sharp. I think it resembles steel Overhoff I see in threads? Comments? Title should be Steel not STeek.

well i started watching it on EBAY when it was 96.00 with 7hrs to go and now its jumped to $407.00 so much higher than I could go........
