Krisse, I would like to apologise for my first opinion.
The hole in the tang is for sure bad sign to be fake.
Next time i will be more careful.
    Sorry

Hey Larry just to clear up any confusion here. 1211/39 is a SS contract # where 7/66 is a RZM maker code. The contact # is not out of place rather in the middle of the Pack.

Thanks Paul for clearing that up ..I was more focused in searching for a standard RZM number for EP&S which there are none.... and not paying attention confused the SS contract number with it.

Odd how a big company like this does not have a standard RZM number..but only showing on their transitional knives the year and Ges.Geschutz in some cases. It appears that they have not acquired their SA & NSKK RZM Permit..but yet managed to produce Mid to Late period HJ Knives without a permit number.
I wonder how they got away with that..and why it went on so long.

The Pack RZM mystery deepens O_O
