Why do you call it a SS Eagle?
Both SA & SS daggers use the same grip eagles...

The M1/17 Assmann is ok, its a late Alu version
The Nickel silver is a bit harder to tell, the M1 markings seems to be missing, and the RZM code roundel is different too.
Better pics are needed to help you out with that one.

I believe you have the same two as I do, the nickel silver one is also an Assmann like the example on the right.

The box of old/new stock is incredible. I don't know much about these dagger birds, but I was wondering if the lip over the adler's head from the front is supposed to be there on Peter's bird?
