Please Help a newbie SS Dagger
I have spent so much time, and heartache, becoming an expert on Totenkopfs, but now want to expand into the territory of SS daggers.
This knife is currently from the Guild website, a reputable dealer.
I have looked at other examples on this site, but don’t have the time to go into the huge depth of knowledge you folks have.
Is it authentic?
Heavily cleaned with an abrasive throughout.
The lighting in the photo exhibits a shiney black grip which does not match the condition of the dagger showing no scratched or SS man carry usage or wear. Just my thoughts.
Hanger is late ...which doesnt mean anything and could of been added then or most recently.
