Hi Anzel..the lower guard appears to be an Ernst Pack guard having that " straight across " look to it..which may explain the spacing seen between the lower guard and grip.
Also included is the scabbard throat to the lower guard fit..is not the best. The one detail that brings the rest noted above into question.

The whole dagger IMO belongs to each other except the lower guard.
The hanger IMO is a recent add on and not original due to the rub seen above the retaining loop on top of the scabbard. No way that hanger would of slipped up that high creating a rub point..when the belt strap positioned around the upper scabbard fitting is at the very top of the throat lip.....yet the hanger is early and original which still dresses up this dagger. I see no issues with having it on there..just IMO it was not original to the wearer.

The scabbard may or may not belong...and is unproven.. I will leave it alone.
More clearer pics would be a benefit to see the Motto and RZM number...including the SS number beneath the guard.

    More comments and thoughts welcome.
