Nice crisp etching on both sides..on a poorly conditioned blade leaves me to say walk away. The grip has that unworned shoe polish look to it..with a Klaas eagle in the grip..and the Runes button is not a Herder type. No comment on the numbering on the cossguard.
Scabbard fittings are the Late plated type. Regards Larry

Numbered rohms are not unheard of, although the numbers on this example are very faint and something I don't personally like.
IMO the inscription font is too thick, not so much the name but the rest.
The grip has been either been repaired or as Larry said been shoe polished. The SS runes are not of a early herder either.
The scabbard is annodised with plated fittings so a complete misfit. I would place a good wager the scabbard started life as a late sa scabbard, has been rubbed down, anodised black and then matched up with the dagger.

As much as anyone as well as myself would like to have one of these in their collections.... I would not even put a dollar on the table..to purchase a full Rohm like this ...with the photos provided. These daggers are high end and the purchaser..should be entitled to great detailed photos than these. If the seller / auction house can not provide clearer pics of key points..then the dagger is worth nothing IMO..especially when my money is on the fence. Not worth the chance.

The SS number 106034 doesn't come up, to me a concern.

I thought the makers mark were placed closer to the crossguard on Rohm blades?

Hi Joronas...only on SS Rohm daggers....3 smaller logos were used:
    Eickhorn
    Boker
    Robert Klaas

SA Rohm daggers had a few more producers that used (( smaller logos: ))
    Aesculap
    Eickhorn
    SMF
    Ed Wustoff
