I don't own a Boker, but several questions come to my mind:

The spine on the blade looks a bit high to me?

Has someone also had a go at reblueing the scabbard?

Leather to the frog looks a bit fresh.

Some grip eagles do have a high neck, but I see what you mean about the head.

    Cheers, Ade.

OK, "PA" maker marked crossguards are correct.

The RZM / SS markings are found on the strap which runs down the middle of the hanger.

Any distribution markings to the back of the lower crossguard? This will be a I, II or a III.

    Cheers, Ade.

    hi ade

    thanks for your reaction
i did a little search on google and i know what you mean whit a high spine i must say that i really dont know if this was done this way but sometimes you see this also on sa daggers

the scabberd isnt tried to re bleu [should give a way when it has been done bumps in the bleuing] and these arent there

i`ll email the person who sells this dagger if i can return it whitin a few days if i dont like it

    i`ll let you know

Now what you have said would really worry me.

    1) If the seller cannot give you more pictures that would make me think he does not actually own the dagger? He could just have robbed those pics from anywhere.

    2) No returns

If it we me, I would now walk away from this deal.

I hate giving values. Someone will always disagree But a rough idea on price would be found here on Paul's website:

Lakesidetrader German SS Dagger & Military Collectable Site

Take at look at the two Boker's he is offering. They don't exhibit that high spine...................... I honestly would pass on that dagger.

    Cheers, Ade.
